I don't really remember Sunday...

Unfortunately, I didn't write my points down yesterday, but I'll give it a whirl:

I had 8 bonus points for the week left going into this day, and so I went over them, by 7 points. That means, I now have to do today and tomorrow without bonus points, and it wouldn't hurt me to do some exercise either!!! Unfortunately, I have a cold as of Saturday, and don't feel like it! But I will do my best to do whats best for my body... wish me luck.

Yummy Butternut Squash Soup

I made one of my favorite recipes for supper yesterday - a delicious Butternut Squash Soup that I highly recommend to everyone! It is super low in points and super delicious - SUPER delicious. (Like, Trevor stole my leftovers for his lunch today even though its my "weight watchers" soup delicious!) If you check out the link, and try it out, I recommend omitting the frying in butter part at the beginning - you can just cook the veggies in the soup broth instead, omitting a ton of calories. Also, I baked the squash in the oven first, and then its MUCH easier to peel. And last, I seasoned it with salt and pepper, like the recipe says, but then also added cinnamon and brown sugar, and VOILA - its awesome. And very very few point for a very filling and delicious meal!

Today was SUPPOSED to be my last day at BPs - I only gave my notice 2 weeks ago tomorrow - wow. But I managed to have no shifts since last Weds. and MAN, I'm loving it. Today, I got on the treadmill in the morning for the first time in a loooong time - because I'm finally catching up on sleep and not feeling dead tired all the time! Yesterday, I didn't nap in the afternoon, but worked on housework and stuff instead. Hooray.
Anyway, here's today:

On a Slightly Different Note

I read a post about HOPE today on the Stuff Christians Like site, and liked it enough to share it with you... click HERE to go read it.
p.s. I'm still here and alive - just not tracking online at the moment... finding it tricky to get my points on my blog throughout the day and that is offhandedly messing me up - so I think I might go back to tracking on paper... and maybe (?) reporting the end results here to you all at the end of the day? or at least the totals? Hmmm... I'll have to think about that.
Oh, and on another note, today is my last day at Boston Pizza, and I'm planning on ordering my favorite thing during my break tonight, since it'll be my last chance to eat there for 1/2 price... but I'll try to only eat 1/2 and take the other 1/2 home... :o)
Then starting tomorrow, its back to being a Stay-at-Home-Mom for me! (well, a working-part-time-at-home-mom, anyway)

Boo for the Weekend!

But today is a new day!
Its not that I went SO CRAZY overboard on the weekend, although I did definitely use some flex points (or maybe all of them). Its more so that I didn't track and felt out of control.
So, today is a new day, and I have today and tomorrow till weigh in and I will not just give up till Wednesday, so here we go.
I've determined that probably I used about 10 flex points per day on Saturday and Sunday, and so, I will allow myself one for tomorrow and none for today.
