Boo for the Weekend!

But today is a new day!
Its not that I went SO CRAZY overboard on the weekend, although I did definitely use some flex points (or maybe all of them). Its more so that I didn't track and felt out of control.
So, today is a new day, and I have today and tomorrow till weigh in and I will not just give up till Wednesday, so here we go.
I've determined that probably I used about 10 flex points per day on Saturday and Sunday, and so, I will allow myself one for tomorrow and none for today.
Monday's Points:
oatmeal and toast -5
muffin -2
cookie -1
leftovers -3
PB&J & milk -4
LEFT: 8

Colleen, I am here to encourage you. I am still here on this site watching you and I know you can do it. You are the strongest person I know. You already have made such a huge journey with your weight loss and I think you look amazing. Remember that summer is coming and how good you are going to look in a swim suit. You are one hot mama!!!
