Well, I finally moved on to Day 38 today. That means that I finally wrote down everything I ate yesterday - right till bedtime, and I did some exercise. Phew, I was on Day 39 for way too long there. :o)
On the up side, after putting in this effort, I'm starting to notice some results. I lost 0.4 when I weighed in this week, which is better than nothing! And I'm starting to see it when I look in the mirror, and even just that will help to motivate me to keep going. When I feel successful, I'm more successful, and that is what these 50 days are all about.
So, here we go with Day 38 - the countdown continues.
