So I've been working this week at staying within my points and writing them down - if I do that each day, then I'm giving myself a sticker on the calendar. I started on Monday and so far I've got 4 stickers - so I'm doing good! I'm not sure whether I'll add exercise to the criteria of how to get a sticker for next week - in some ways, I think that adding that extra pressure just makes me give up on the eating too - which I know is just silly. But that's my brain.
Elan hasn't woken up yet this morning (its 7:50) and that's late for her AND she never woke up for her feeding around 4:00!! So, I'm going a little stir-crazy, waiting for her to get up! (Yes, I checked and she IS alive) :o) She must just be growing. So, I'm really happy because I got up when Trevor did at 6:30 and I've actually already had a shower! and washed the dishes! and unloaded the dishwasher! and checked my email! HOORAY! Yesterday I was feeling overwhelmed and like I didn't have enough time to get stuff done, so this bit of extra time this morning has been fantastic.
Maybe I'll go work on taking down the tree.

4 stickers in a row???!!!?!! That is fantastic! I think you should aim for sticker behavior for a couple more days and then add an exercise sticker too, so that you still get a reward for eating well, but then an extra reward for pushing yourself extra hard! And that is what I think. Also what I think is that you are the bomb!
